Q: What is a meeting like?
A: A typical Buckhead Toastmasters meeting consists of the following: Meeting Opening and Club Announcements Table Topics - Impromptu Speeches (learn how to think on your feet!) Prepared Speeches (prepared speeches from the basic or advanced manuals) Break with refreshments (great opportunity to mingle with members and guests) Evaluations - the most important part of the meeting in the form of positive criticisms)

Q: What does it cost?
A: Buckhead Toastmasters membership costs approximately $96 per year. That's less than $2 a week! Compare this to some of the "well known" speaking programs that you see advertised.

Q: Is there a required speaking schedule I must keep if I join?
A: No. Your involvement and development is completely at your own pace. However, in order to gain the most benefit from the club, we suggest that you participate as much as you are able.


Q: Can I come as a guest?
A: Yes. Guests are always welcome and you can come as a guest as often as you like.
